Plans by firm size
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. Kolophi is set up for your firm as soon as you sign up, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Each plan includes a number of documents a month for ongoing work. Clearing your existing backlog is quoted separately, before it starts.

What a plan covers
A firm's closed files often run to hundreds of thousands of documents. Clearing them is a one-time job, priced on its own. The monthly fee covers the work that comes after it.
The monthly allowance
The allowance counts the new documents the agents read each month, such as closed matters as they close. Each document counts once. Research questions, legal holds and disposals don't count against it. Past the allowance, new documents wait until the next month unless your firm agrees to more, and nothing beyond it is charged without that agreement.
Your existing backlog
Clearing the closed files you already hold is quoted separately, at $0.40 a document. Before reading anything, Kolophi lists the names, sizes and dates in the areas your firm approves, so the quote rests on an exact count. You see the count and the price before any backlog work starts.
The trial
The 30-day trial includes AI processing for about 800 documents. That's a sample: enough to run a few closed matters through and judge the agents' work and the review queue. It isn't meant to clear your backlog. After the 800, new documents wait until your first payment.
