IT setup
What your IT team does
Nothing is installed on your network. Your IT team grants read-only access to the systems you want reviewed, from Kolophi's Sources page.
| System | What IT does | Time |
|---|---|---|
| SharePoint and OneDrive | A Global Administrator clicks "Approve in Microsoft" and approves Kolophi's read-only permissions. | About 5 minutes |
| Exchange mailboxes | The same approval, then one PowerShell command that limits Kolophi to the mailboxes you name. | About 15 minutes |
| iManage Work | Registers Kolophi as an application in Control Center and creates a read-only service user. | About 30 minutes |
| Google Drive | Shares the folders to review with Kolophi's service account, as Viewer. | About 5 minutes |
| NetDocuments, Dropbox, Amazon S3 | Each needs a registration for your firm, which we arrange. Email us before starting your trial. | A few days |
| Windows file shares and on-premises servers | Kolophi runs in Google Cloud, so it needs a network route to them, such as a VPN. Email us first. | Depends on your network |
People sign in with their Microsoft work accounts. Whoever signs up is the first administrator, and adds colleagues with their roles.
